Today I literally went to my happy place. Snead's Farm in Fredericksburg, well really Port Royal Virginia was worth the hour and thirty minute drive to see and pick from their sunflower fields as well as to purchase what fresh produce they had harvested. Not only was the experience amazing I would go again and recommend it to those looking to make a day trip to a farm that has a bit of everything. There where also some other interesting structures, like the green house filled of tomatoes and the maze that ends with a tepee in the center. It was fabulous find and The day ended in a smile because who can look a sunflower and not be in their happy place?!
