Traditionally the term trailblazer is to be a pioneer(well at least according to dictionary.com). In camp world it means to go off the beaten path or the trail that has already been created. I've found that my favorite times at camp were when I ventured off the trail to find a truly beautiful place that showcased just how special the camp is and could be.
