Remembering to be Thankful

Between being promoted to full time and being a full time grad student I haven’t had much time to create and honestly I’ve missed it greatly. So for this Thanksgiving break I am most grateful for the opportunity to work ahead on school work and the time to apply for scholarships, that my employer saw enough potential in me to promote me and put me in charge of 3 additional departments and for the time to practice some self love and create this new macrame wall hanging piece that I’ve decided to name Silvi for the beautiful grey/silver tones of the piece of drift wood it’s based on. I love macrame and the peace of mind it brings me. My hope is that Silvi or any of my other pieces can do the same for you.
