If your product is a custom digital print, please let A Dog Named Phin Artisan Collective know within 30 days of your purchase so that we can redesign your pet portrait or send a label for the products return. Once the items is returned undamaged you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee.

For made to order items please allow for 7-10 business days for inbox delivery. To ensure delivery make sure to add adognamedphin@gmail.com as a safe contact.

For handmade physical items please allow for 2-4 days for processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery
